The property owner of Leavitt Station approached us to modernize and refresh the exterior of their 1950’s building. We led the project from pre-design through conceptual design and permitting, including color and light fixture selection. We provided construction project management of the painting and electrical work. The exterior design required meeting applicable zoning, sign, and design overlay requirements; while also meeting the owner’s goals of achieving a fresh, clean, and modern facade.
