Union Station Annex Building:Portland, ORThe Portland Development Commission is interested in making improvements to Union Station. Working with the prime architect, DOWA/IBI Group, Convergence Architecture is performed the accessibility review for the Main Terminal and Annex Building and is also managing a team of small firms for the 5,000 square foot Annex Building. The next phase of the project will delve further into visioning and preliminary engineering, as well as make further recommendations regarding the extent of sustainable design to be pursued in the project.
Blue Lake Park Restroom Improvements:Fairview, ORFour older restroom buildings at the park are being replaced in order to improve their function and provide for lower ongoing maintenance and operating costs, as well as to update the aesthetics to current Metro standards. The team has completed an Opportunities and Constraints report that analyzed the options and made recommendations to Metro. Once the priorities were established, the design was coordinated among the client team and the design team to carry the project through to construction documents.
Oregon Employment Department Renovations:Eugene, Bend, and Klamath Falls, ORThree concurrent projects for the State of Oregon Employment Department are currently in the permitting phase. We are working with ecoREAL Solutions as the prime on the projects. The projects consist of a facade renovation in Eugene, a roof replacement in Bend, and rooftop mechanical unit replacement in Klamath Falls.
